It compares the brief with CVs in your workspace and gives you ranked suggestions, with an explanation of each match. You can search across your people or focus on selected groups and folders.

Each recommendation explains how the person’s experience relates to the role and links to the CV behind the match. This makes it easier to understand their strengths, spot any gaps, and decide who you want to put forward to the client.

You can search the content of profiles and CVs, then narrow the results by skills, skill level, roles, companies, or specific people. You can also focus on a group, such as your developers or freelance designers, to explore the experience within that part of your network.
